Get your ChatGPT session

Use the same browser for these steps.

Sign in to ChatGPT
Open chatgpt.com and sign in to your own account.
Open the Session address
In another tab of the same browser, open:
https://chatgpt.com/
api/auth/session
If no session is returned, check that you are signed in.
Copy the complete JSON
If JSON is returned, copy the entire object and paste it into the editor. Keep the original field names.
Review and submit
Review the document, then select Submit. A successful submission clears the editor.

Session JSON can contain account access credentials. Submit only your own session, and only if you intend to share it with this site’s administrator.

About this address & compatibility

This address is on ChatGPT’s own domain. It is not documented as a public OpenAI developer API, and its response may change.

This service currently requires sessionToken and user.id. If the response uses different fields, it may not be compatible. Do not rename credentials to bypass validation.
